Alexei’s background in post-production informs a producer-first approach to storytelling, rooted in strong development and pre-production to set projects up for success and reduce reliance on “fixing it in post.” This means the most effective collaborations begin during development, where creative direction and production strategy can be aligned from the outset to ensure the work travels cleanly from concept through delivery.
His work includes developing shows and pilots for YouTube Music, Food & Wine, Brooklyn Sports Entertainment, and Complex Media; producing high-performing content for Major League Soccer, Intel, and First We Feast; and editing flagship digital programming for Hot Ones, the National Hockey League, and Sneaker Shopping.
